At House of K'dor, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your House of K'dor account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
